Our Process

Every component goes through a detailed preparation process before receiving its custom finish. From removing the original coating to achieving a mirror polished surface, every step is completed with attention to detail.

Paint Removal

Step 1 - Paint Removal

The first stage is carefully removing the original paint or coating from the component. This reveals the raw aluminium underneath and creates the perfect surface for the next stages of the transformation.

Cleaning Aluminium

Step 2 - Cleaning & Preparation

After the paint has been removed, the component is thoroughly cleaned to remove any remaining residue. Proper preparation is essential for achieving a smooth and high-quality finish.

Bare Aluminium

Step 3 - Bare Aluminium

Once stripped back, the component is left with a clean aluminium surface. The part is inspected and prepared before moving onto the polishing stage.

Mirror Polishing

Step 4 - Mirror Polishing

The aluminium component is polished using a bench polisher and polishing compounds. This process gradually removes fine scratches and imperfections, creating a smooth reflective mirror finish.
